Floral Bouquet Order Form
Tell us about the bouquet you have in mind — size, flowers, colors, and when you need it. Every order is arranged by hand in our Providence studio, so the more detail you share, the closer we can get to what you're picturing.
What to expect
1. We review your request
The studio reads through your flower, palette, and wrapping choices and confirms availability for your date.
2. Booking fee secures the date
You receive an invoice for the 50% booking fee that is non-refundable past 24hrs. Your date is held once it's paid; the non-refundable remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.
3. Design confirmation
If something changes in obtaining the items for your order, we send you an alert immediately and confirm any changes so nothing is a surprise the day of.
4. Pickup or delivery day
Bouquets are arranged fresh the morning of, then held for studio pickup or hand-delivered at your chosen window.
